This agreement is entered into between Nerzen Bilişim Teknolojileri Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the customer receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the terms of use for the hosting, VDS servers, domain and related services that the Service Provider will offer to the Customer.

3. Obligations of the Service Provider

• To deliver ordered services fully and on time
• To guarantee 99.9% uptime
• To provide 24/7 technical support
• To perform regular data backups
• To take security measures

4. Obligations of the Customer

• To pay the service fee on time
• To provide accurate and up-to-date information
• To host content that complies with the laws of the Republic of Turkey
• To refrain from distributing spam, phishing or malicious software
• To respect copyright

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are exclusive of VAT
• Payments may be made monthly, annually or every 2 years
• A reminder email is sent 7 days before the payment due date
• The service is suspended if payment is not made

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider's liability for service interruption, data loss or other disruptions is limited to the amount of the service fee paid.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties relating to the sale and delivery of hosting, VDS, domain and other digital services offered electronically by the SELLER.

3. Payment and Delivery

• Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or EFT
• The service is activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation is received
• Service details are sent to the registered email address

4. General Provisions

• By approving this agreement electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all of its terms
• Force majeure events release the SELLER from liability

1. General Principles

Nerzen Bilişim Teknolojileri applies a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy that puts customer satisfaction first.

2. Hosting and VDS Cancellations

• First 7 Days: Money-back guarantee (hosting packages only)
• Monthly Packages: Cancellation takes effect for the following period
• Annual Packages: No refunds are issued for unused months

3. Domain Name Cancellations

• Cancellation is not accepted once domain registration has been initiated
• No refunds are issued for domain transfer transactions
• Domain renewal transactions cannot be cancelled

4. Refund Process

2. The request is reviewed within 3 business days
3. Approved refunds are credited to your account within 14 business days

5. Cases Where No Refund Is Issued

• Accounts closed due to a breach of the Service Agreement
• Services suspended due to spam or illegal content
• Third-party service and license fees

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Nerzen Bilişim Teknolojileri Tic. Ltd. Şti. processes your personal data in its capacity as the data controller.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1. Spam and Bulk Email

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Using deceptive subject lines
• Using purchased or stolen email lists

2.2. Malicious Software

• Distributing viruses, trojans, worms or ransomware
• Hosting phishing sites
• Controlling botnets or carrying out DDoS attacks

2.3. Copyright Infringement

• Distributing unlicensed software
• Sharing pirated content (movies, music, books)
• Patent infringement

2.4. Illegal Content

• Gambling and betting sites
• Sale or promotion of drugs
• Sale of weapons and explosives
• Terrorist propaganda
• Hate speech and discrimination

3. Resource Usage

• Excessive use of CPU or RAM is prohibited
• Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited
• More than 80% of server resources may not be used continuously

4. Security Requirements

• Use of strong passwords (minimum 12 characters)
• Regular software updates
• Use of an SSL/TLS certificate
• Regular backups

5. Sanctions for Violations

• Level 1: Email warning, 24-hour remediation period
• Level 2: Temporary suspension, 72-hour remediation period
• Level 3: Account closure, no refund
